  6. 6. <ul><li>After Deciding on the field of choice, fill up the application forum provided on this site: </li></ul><ul><li>The Application Form must be accompanied by certified copies of all relevant documents. </li></ul><ul><li>Successful applicants will receive an offer pack which includes the Letter of Offer, Acceptance of Offer Form, Enrolment Form and Student Pass Application Guide. To accept the offer, applicants must complete and sign all these forms and return them with payment of all fees to Curtin Sarawak Malaysia by the due date </li></ul><ul><li>Sarawak State Immigration Department will approve or reject student applications usually within one month. Upon approval, a letter from the Sarawak State Immigration Department will be forwarded to students and to the Malaysian Embassy in the country of origin.
