  1. 1. 1) What is our system currency?  There are 2 types of system currencies within our system. They are namely, P-Cash and E-Cash. 2) What is P-Cash?  P-Cash is the primary system currency which is required to make any Gold Purchases through our Precious Metal Bank (PMB) Program. 3) How do I get P-Cash?  At this moment, P-Cash can only be purchased through the Appointed Master Franchisee from your region. 4) Can I purchase P-Cash directly from the company? Why?  No, clients do not have this option at this moment. This policy was implemented to facilitate efficiency and to lower transactional cost. 5) What is E-Cash?  E-Cash is the secondary system currency within our system that clients receive when they convert their Gold to E-Cash. The value of every E-Cash is USD$1. 6) How do I get E-Cash?  Clients can receive E-Cash by performing a conversion of their Gold (both Gold Purchased and Gold Bonuses) to E-Cash. 7) What is the system currency required when performing Gold Purchases?  Gold can be purchased by using just P-Cash, or a combination of P-Cash and E-Cash. However, for all Gold Purchases, our company requires clients to make payment using a minimum of 50% in P-Cash. For example: Client A purchase 100g of gold at US$42.00/g. Total cost: US$4,200 Therefore, Client A is required to use a minimum of 2,100 P-Cash for this transaction. 8) What is PMB I, II and III?  The Precious Metal Bank program issues Monthly Gain over 3 different periods in a single calendar month. PMB I, II and III denotes the respective periods and segregates them accordingly. o PMB I: Purchases made from the 1st - 10th of the month will receive Monthly Gains on the 1st o PMB II: Purchases made from the 11 of the following month. th - 20th of the month will receive Monthly Gains on the 11th o PMB III: Purchases made from the 21 of the following month. st – Last day of the month will received Monthly Gains on the 21st of the following month.
  2. 2. 9) How do I convert Gold Purchased to E-Cash?  There are two methods to perform this conversion. 1- Click on the “Redeem Gold” button situated next to the “Total Gold Purchased” section on the Member’s Area Homepage. This would bring clients to the Gold Redemption section of our system. 2- Click on the “Finance Management” section and select the “Gold Redemption” option to proceed to the Gold Redemption section of our system. In this section, clients may choose to convert their combined Precious Metal Bank (PMB) Gold holdings to E-Cash by selecting the”Convert Gold to E-Cash” option under the dropdown list. The conversion process for Gold Purchased to E-Cash takes 30 days to complete. After which, the E-Cash will be credited directly into the client account. * Please kindly note that this conversion may change the membership status depending on the quantity of gold remaining in the client account. All conversions from Gold to E-Cash are not reversible; therefore our company strongly encourages clients to consider carefully before performing any Gold to E-Cash conversions. 10) How long does the Physical Gold Redemption Process take?  To perform this action, clients can click on the “Finance Management” section and select the “Convert Bonus to E-Cash” option. In this section, clients are given the option to choose the Gold quantity (in grams) to convert from PMB Gold Bonuses to E-Cash. The conversion process for PMB Gold Bonus to E-Cash is immediate. * Please kindly note that this conversion may change the membership status depending on the quantity of gold remaining in the clients account. All conversions from Gold to E-Cash are not reversible; therefore our company strongly encourages clients to consider carefully before performing any Gold to E-Cash conversions. 11) What is the Gold Collection Process and procedure?  To perform a Physical Gold Redemption, clients can select the “Gold Redemption” option under the “Finance Management” section or click on the “Redeem Gold” button situated next to the “Total Gold Purchased” section. In this section, clients can request to redeem their Gold in physical form. * Please kindly note that a 7% administrative charge is applicable for All Physical Gold Redemption. 12) How can I do an E-Cash withdrawal?  The Physical Gold Redemption Process takes 30 days to process. After the 30 days period, clients can choose to collect their Physical Gold personally or authorize another person to perform a “Collection on Behalf” from our Gold collection office in Shenzhen, China.
  3. 3. * Please kindly note that all Gold collections are by appointment only. For security purpose, our company does not entertain any walk in requests. 13) How long does the withdrawal process take?  Currently, there are two methods to perform this action: 1- Personal Collection: Clients can collect their Physical Gold personally by making an appointment with our company. At the point of Gold Collection, clients are required to produce a photocopied copy their Photo ID (Passport or National ID) for Identity Verification Checks. 2- Collection of Behalf: Alternatively, clients can authorize another person to perform the Gold Collection using the “Collection on Behalf” method. For security purposes, clients are required to produce the following documents: a. Photocopied copy of client’s Passport or National ID with client’s signature b. Photocopied copy of collector’s Passport or National ID with collector’s signature c. Letter of Authorization During the Gold Collection Process, our service staff will perform a phone verification procedure with the client. This implementation is to ensure the authenticity of the collection. * Please kindly note that all Gold Collections are by appointment only. For security reasons, our company does not entertain any walk in requests. 14) Which is the Gold Price to use when I do a conversion from Gold to E-Cash?  Clients can perform an E-Cash withdrawal by clicking on the “Request Withdrawal” option under the “Finance Management” section. In this section, clients can select the amount of E-Cash to withdraw using the drop down menu. The minimum withdrawal amount is USD$500 * Please kindly note that all cash withdrawals are subject to a 5% handling fee. 15) What is the Transaction Password for?  There are two window periods for cash withdrawals: 1- Withdrawals performed from the 1st -15th 2- Withdrawals performed from the 16 of every month th For all withdrawals performed between the period of 1 to the last day of every month st -15th of the month, clients can expect to receive their funds by the last day of the same month.

For all withdrawals performed between the period of 16th to last day of the month, clients can expect to receive their funds by the 15th a. if client A performs a withdrawal on 2 of the following month. For example: nd Aug 2013, client A can expect to receive the funds by 31st b. If client B performs a withdrawal on the 29 Aug 2013 th Aug 2013, client B can expect to receive the funds by 15th * Please kindly note that the abovementioned scenario is under the assumption that clients’ bank information is accurate and complete. Delays can be expected should clients not provide our company with the most up to date and accurate bank information. Sep 2013. 16) How do I change my Login Password?  The price of gold fluctuates according to the company’s gold position and inventory. It is generally in the line with market prices and changes from time to time. The conversion price from Gold to E-Cash will be based on the “Sell Gold Price” which is displayed on the top right corner. 17) How do I change my Transaction Password?  All transactions require a second level of security called a Transaction Password in order to be processed. Please ensure that this password is different from your login password for added security. Clients are advised to change their Transaction Passwords from time to time for increased security. 18) How do I retrieve my passwords?  Clients can change their Login Password in the “Change Password” section located under the “Account Management” option. 19) How can I change my Personal Information?  Clients can change their Transaction Password in the “Change Transaction Password” section located under the “Account Management” option. 20) Why can’t I change my profile and bank account information?  Clients can retrieve their passwords (both Login and Transaction) by clicking on the “Forget Password” link situated on the Member’s Login Page. 21) Can I own more than 1 Account?
  5. 5.  Clients can change their Personal Information by clicking on “View Account” under the “Account Management” section. In this section, clients can view their profile and edit by clicking on the “Edit” button. 22) When I make a purchase, will I receive anything from the company?  For added account security, our company locks the Profile Edit feature once their account is verified. To make Profile Information Changes to Verified Accounts, clients may write in their request to our company through our internal messaging system in the Member’s Area. * Please Kindly note that for security purpose, our company may require you to undergo a verification process in certain situations to ensure account integrity. 23) What is contained in my Welcome Pack?  No. Every client is only allowed to own 1 account. 24) Why have I not received my Welcome Pack yet?  Yes. All clients will receive a Welcome Pack that is issued from the company. We strongly advise clients to provide us with the most up to date mailing address information. 25) Why is my Welcome Pack delivered by postal services other than China?  All new members to the Precious Metals Bank program will receive a Welcome Pack containing our company Welcome Letter, a CD version of our Corporate Profile, our customer relations contact details, a Gold Certificate and an invoice for their purchase. 26) How long will I get PMB monthly bonuses for?  All Welcome Pack are personalized and produced after member activates a new account or performs a repurchase. Depending on the destination country and respective postal services, delivery times may vary between 3-4 weeks. Please also ensure that your mailing address is clearly and accurately entered during registration so the package can be successfully delivered promptly. Should you request for a second delivery attempt, a postal and handling fee of 30 P-Cash will be charged to your Member’s Account. 27) What happens after 24 months when no more monthly gains are issued?  Pegasus Bullion has tied up with a mailing partner in China to deliver the Welcome Packs to Members across the globe. Under local Chinese laws, compact discs (CDs) are considered a “sensitive” good and typically may not be mailed out through postal services.
  6. 6. Our local mailing partners have routed them through some countries (including Europe) to get around this problem. This mail delivery service is part of a global courier network and Members may see different postmarks on your Welcome Pack envelopes form time to time. 28) How long will I get PMB monthly bonuses for?  All purchases regardless of quantity or promotion period will receive monthly gains for 24 months. For example, a client who purchases in September 2013 will receive bonuses until September 2015. 29) What happens after 24 months when no more monthly gains are issued?  After 24 months, clients may sell back their purchased gold and collect back their principal amount. They may also choose to redeem and receive the gold in physical form.
