Implementation of this DICOM Service enables the operator at the DICOM
Compliant MODALITIES (equipments) to retrieve scheduled STUDIES
(Patient data) and PROCEDURES to be followed in Image acquisition.

This DICOM Service enables the storage of the image acquired from the DICOM compliant
medical equipment locally.
Storage Commitment Service Class
The usage of this DICOM Service makes certain that the data is archived locally
and it can be deleted from the modality.
This DICOM Service should be implemented to confirm to the DICOM compliant
medical equipment that the image sent is stored and the responsibility of
persistence lies with the application
