Make the best an emotional appeal<br />Way out to analyze progress towards the vision<br />Test followers’ actions that support the vision<br />Have a meeting to collect employees’ examples of values in action<br />Recognize institutional achievers in public through decision/action<br />Test the target for consistency with the values<br />
