  4. 4. Information There will be someone with a camera and video today. His name is James. He will only take your picture if you say it’s OK. It is OK to say “No” if you don’t want your picture taken. No one will mind. The pictures and video will be used to show the big bosses at the NHS West Midlands what you think about the health services in the region. A team called “New possibilities” are here today to take notes and drawings as a visual record of the day. This will be put into a report for NHS West Midlands.
