Operating, maintenance, engineering (process and mechanical), or other personnel who have special knowledge or expertise related to particular pressurevesselsshallberesponsiblefortimelynotificationtothe inspectororengineerofpotentialissuesthatmayaffectvesselintegrity. 22.
