    6. 6. How many times have your said to yourself “today sure went by fast”. It seems that our lives are so complex and so full of things to do that we forget to feel the moments that together make up a day. Moments are lost amid the clutter of everyday and they become blurred by theactivities we invent. It seems like activity is more important than the moments in which they occur.

    8. 8. “How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.” Anne Frank, Diary of a Young Girl, 1952

Life is not full of quantity time but full of quality time. It is up to each of us to recognize the quality within each moment and to allow it to shinethroughout our day. This alone will begin to change our world.
