Job description
AN ENGINEER PARTICIPATED IN MANY PROJECTS LIKE:
 1- A V-TYPE, 12 CYLINDERS DIESEL ENGINE OVERHAULING.
 2- A TRAILER 70 TON (THE I- BEAMS) CONSTRUCTION.
 3- A DRAGON MART EXPANSION (UNDER GROUND UTILITIES).
 The graduation project.

 The diesel engine is totally overhauled from the disassemble station till the final test of the engine,
all parts must to be checked for any nonconformance state according to specification' requirements.
once the parts being approved they are moved to the assembly line, then to the dynamometer or
"dyno" for short, is a device for measuring force, torque, or power.
Supervising the dismantling of the old engines and inspect all the parts to determine which are
good and which are not.
Supervising the assembling process with all suitable and working parts.
Checking the engine finally at the dynamometer test room for its speed, horse power, torque, fuel
consumption, and temperature.
 Had participated in the product of trailer 70 especially the two I-beams the project aimed to weld
two flanges to the middle web using the gas shielded high current to produce 12 mm weld size by
three passes. Two things must be achieved correct dimension within specified tolerances and the
weld without any defects by inspecting in process and the final product visually and with dye
penetrant to detect if there is any weld defects like ( surface crack, porosity, over lab, undercut and
under size) to be repaired.
 At dragon mart expansion project I was responsible about doing the method of statement of how to
laying and installing the underground pipelines such (sewer, internal firefighting, external
firefighting, potable water, irrigation, and chilled water). and doing the shop drawing for the whole
project.

2.  Doing the method of statements of how to install pipes network for each type of material (GRE,
GRP, UPVC and DI) pipes and all their fittings, valves and joints all according to their type of
material.
 Providing the shop drawings to be submitted including all the details to avoid any damage at the
site while doing the work.
 Providing the all information about the tasting method of all the pipe networks.
 The graduation project was about establishing a simple chilled water system by selecting the
suitable tank capacity, the suitable pump to circulate the amount of water through the selected
pipes.
A refrigeration system had been designed to cool water to the required temperature.
Then the water had been carried to the fan coil to provide a heat exchange between the cooled
water and air entering the room.
A control system had been established to maintain the temperature of the room at the specified
degree.
