This document discusses redesigning the GrowSave website to better promote its projects and benefits to participants. It identifies issues with the current design like a tables-based layout not scaling well, navigation inconsistencies, and SEO problems from a lack of text for search engines. The new site needs to be fit for purpose, accessible, standards-compliant, and easy to maintain. Core CMS functionality should include editable text and images, categories, video, galleries, and a members' area. Social media extensions and rich media could engage users through videos, slideshows and graphs. Improved SEO, email marketing, and event bookings are eMarketing opportunities.

Student objectives are to develop critical thinking, vocabulary, writing skills, and learn new ways of analyzing literature using technology. The course will feature group animations of Romeo and Juliet scenes, a paper continuing the plot of A Separate Peace years later, reading a work from another culture, and publishing and commenting on original student fiction.

The document discusses the difference between poor and rich countries. It states that the age of a country or its natural resources do not determine its wealth, as evidenced by countries like India, Egypt, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Rather, the key difference lies in the attitudes and principles embraced by a population, such as ethics, integrity, responsibility, dedication to work, and punctuality. These attitudes are shaped by a culture of education and compliance with functional rules of wealthy societies. Adopting these principles, rather than lacking natural resources, is what can help poorer countries to develop.
Using Components to Build Native-Quality HTML5 Appsgraynorton
This document discusses how to build native-quality HTML5 apps using components. Components encapsulate markup, logic, state, and lifecycle management to create reusable UI elements like sliders, labels, and views. As apps are built from these components, they gain consistent look and feel, high performance, and other benefits like maintainability and reusability without reinventing the wheel. The document also explores how emerging web standards like HTML templates, custom elements, and Shadow DOM support building apps from reusable components.

Wij Yiggers. Wij met elkaar.
