6. Introduction
Les organes de sens sont des récepteurs sensoriels, formés des cellules
capables de capter l’information et de la transmettre aux centres nerveux sous
forme d’influx nerveux.
Chaque récepteur réagit spécifiquement à un type de stimulus:
• Les mécanorécepteurs (par exemple: récepteurs de mouvement) :ils
réagissent aux actions mécanique (forces de pression et de traction)
• Les thermorécepteur (=récepteurs de la température): pour les modifications
de la température.
• Les photorécepteurs : pour la lumière.
• Les chémorécepteurs : pour la saveur des produits dans la bouche et les
produits odoriférants dans le nez.
• Les nocirécepteur s: pour la douleur.
7. L’oreille est un organe pair et symétrique située
de chaque coté du crane dans l’os
temporal, l’organe de l’audition et de
l’équilibration.
Elle est formée de 3 parties:
A – L’oreille externe
B – l’oreille moyenne
C – L’oreille interne

• Segment interne osseux (2/3
internes) recouvert d'une fine
couche cutanée (dépourvue de
follicules pileux et de glandes
cérumineuses)

Une coquille d’os dur et compact , creusée dans le
rocher formant :
- le vestibule
- canaux semi-circulaires
- la cochlée(limaçon)
11. 2. Le labyrinthe membraneux
Il est constitué de l’agencement complexe d’un long tube d’origine épithéliale.
Il comporte :
La cochlée membraneuse , elle a pour but de percevoir et reconnaître les
sons. Elle est responsable de la partie auditive de l'oreille interne
Le vestibule membraneux , son fonction principal est d’assurer l’ équilibre
Le labyrinthe membraneux contient l’endolymphe.
Entre le labyrinthe membraneux et le labyrinthe osseux, se situe un
deuxième compartiment liquidien : la périlymphe.

Le pavillon est la partie de l'oreille externe visible de l'extérieur,
sur le coté latéral de la tête .
Il est composé d'un seul cartilage de forme complexe recouvert
de peau et marqué par des reliefs et des fossettes .
Rôle du pavillon :
• Est de capter et à concentrer les ondes sonores pour les
amener à l'intérieur de l'oreille, via le conduit auditif externe,
vers le tympan
• Représente une protection physique pour le reste de l'oreille
