DefinitioniTunes is a media player computer program, used for playing, downloading, saving, andorganizing digital music and video files on desktop or laptop personal computers

  8. 8. How to use it1. First, open iTunes (it should be in theDock or in your Applications folder in theFinder). If its the first time yourelaunching it, an assistant will appear tohelp you set some basic preferences. Werecommend that you leave all the choicesto default and continue. Now you can seeiTunes default window.
  9. 9. 2.Insert the CD into your computer. Your Mac may take a few seconds to read it,then you should see this dialog:iTunes is asking you if you want to import this CD in your iTunes libraryIf you dont see this dialog box, just click the Import button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
  10. 10. 3. Click Yes. iTunes will now import your CD. Once a song is completely imported, itshould start playing. If you dont want it to play, click the Pause button in the upper left-hand part of the window. You will hear the "Complete" sound when iTunes has finishedimporting your CD.4. Now that your CD has beenimported, you can eject it. Click theeject button next to the name of the CDin the DEVICES section of iTunestoolbar.5. Now, click on Music in theLIBRARY section of the sidebar. Thesongs you just imported (and the onesyoull add later) appear here and areready to be played.
