  2. 2. TCSR Mission: <ul><li>To Assist the Cancer Center investigators and other members of the Georgetown University research community with all tissue culture related aspects of their research . </li></ul>
  3. 3. Services: <ul><li>Maintain an expanding collection of human and animal cell lines </li></ul><ul><li>Purchase, prepare, and test the highest quality tissue culture reagents which are then made available to investigators </li></ul><ul><li>Provide a mycoplasma testing service </li></ul>
  4. 4. Services: <ul><li>Provide EBV immortalization of B cells </li></ul><ul><li>Provide DNA preparation and genetic fingerprinting services </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with the establishment of primary cultures </li></ul><ul><li>Provide large scale tissue culture services </li></ul>
  5. 5. Services: <ul><li>Maintain shared tissue culture space </li></ul><ul><li>Provide a cryo-storage facility </li></ul><ul><li>Provide expert consultation and training in the use of tissue culture and related techniques. </li></ul>
