  23. 23. Explaining the ballot 2009-2010 Projects
  24. 24.  Quorum required for vote to count (80 residences)  Majority of quorum wins the vote (i.e. 41 votes out of 80)  Votes may either be sent to Condominium Management by mail or made here tonight.  Votes mailed to Condominium Management must be mailed by Friday.  Votes will be tallied next week and announced to Maple Hills.  Should either vote pass, assessment would be sent with regular Condominium Management dues bill in January.  One ballot per residence  Two measures per ballot….
