Mr. McNulty is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 30 years of significant experience in specialty retail, e-commerce, branded consumer products, retail start-ups, and developing new concepts and technology platforms. Mr. McNulty founded Shopping.com, which was purchased for $220 million in an all cash transaction by Compaq Computers. Mr. McNulty also founded Home Club which was taken public in 1986 by underwriters Morgan Stanley, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, and Montgomery Securities. Wendy Borow-Johnson, President. Ms. Borow-Johnson has over 25 years of senior level experience in advertising, cable network development and broadcast communications.
