  2. 2. <ul><li>Beef…400g </li></ul><ul><li>Red wine…150ml </li></ul><ul><li>An onion…Two </li></ul><ul><li>A potato…Three </li></ul><ul><li>A carrot…Small 1/2 of them </li></ul><ul><li>An apple…One </li></ul><ul><li>Butter…10g </li></ul><ul><li>Salad oil…Tablespoon 3 </li></ul><ul><li>Water…700-800ml </li></ul><ul><li>Curry roux ( A commercial thing )… For four or five dishes </li></ul><ul><li>Soy sauce…Tablespoon 2 </li></ul><ul><li>Rice…For four or five cups tea wooden bowls </li></ul>Materials (For four people)
  3. 3. <ul><li>I heat butter 10g, salad oil tablespoon 1 to a frying pan and fry beef. I add red wine and stew it. </li></ul>STEP1
  4. 4. <ul><li>I add salad oil tablespoon 1 to a frying pan and heat it and fry an onion and add it to a stew pan if I become soft. </li></ul>STEP2

  6. 6. <ul><li>I heat salad oil tablespoon 1 to a frying pan and add a potato to a stew pan roasting. I add a lowering carrot, a lowering apple, soy sauce and I take the cover and stew it more for 15-20 minutes. </li></ul>STEP4
