  6. 9. Trust: Delightfully Depending on God for my well-being.  Matthew 6:26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
  7. 11. Trust: Delightfully Depending on God for my well-being.  Matthew 6:28 And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.
  8. 13. Trust: Delightfully Depending on God for my well-being.  Matthew 6:29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.
  9. 15. Trust: Delightfully Depending on God for my well-being.  Matthew 6:30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith ?

  15. 21. We Trust God When We 3. Yield Control to God. Exodus 16:19 Then Moses said to them, “No one is to keep any of the manna until morning.”
  16. 22. We Trust God When We 3. Yield Control to God. Exodus 16:20 However, some of them paid no attention to Moses; they kept part of it until morning, but it was full of maggots and began to smell.
  17. 23. We Trust God When We 3. Yield Control to God.   Manna became a metaphor for the relationship people were to have with God— daily trust!
  18. 24. We Trust God When We 4. Realize God is Trustworthy . Nehemiah 9:20 You gave your good Spirit to instruct them. You did not withhold your manna from their mouths, and you gave them water for their thirst.
