Roles:  My role incorporates website maintenance which includes content management of the website, maintaining the database of worldwide hotels, updating hotel accommodation rates periodically thus enabling the hotel for sale on website.  Interacting with the Clients for updating the information regarding ticket booking to the customers, identifying and obtaining the relevant information from sources & loading the same into the database
  10. 10. Responsibilities:  Primary Task - Answering the queries of customers thru emails (Email Support)  As a part of Quality team, to check work done by the team, thereby knowing the individual’s performance and in turn training the resources on the areas where he/she is lacking.
  11. 11. Achievements:  Was appreciated for maintaining 100% accuracy, with 'No errors' logged from Client as well as in Internal Quality checks for 2 Successive quarters.  Was first to initiate with new project and succeeded in contributing to the well being of the company.
