  2. 2. What to look for on nutrition facts<br />Looking on the back of food labels and noticing<br />these things may change how you eat healthy or not.<br />

BREAKFAST<br /> For breakfast you only want to eat 1 serving,<br /> Same for almost any meal but not all the time.<br />Orange juice = 140 calories, total fat 2% of your daily value, sodium 1%, carbohydrates 11%, sugars 11g,protiens 3g and that’s what orange juice contained. <br />FROSTED FLAKES= 120 calories , sodium 220mg,potassium 20mg, carbohydrates 27g,<br /> sugars 14g, protein 1 gram and that’s what you might normally eat for breakfast<br />
  4. 4. Chocolate milk= Calories 226, fat 8.6, sugars 32.2 grams<br />Chicken noodle soup=Total Fat 2.3g , Sodium 639mg, sugars 0.7 <br />Cheez-it = total fat 3 grams, sodium 230 milligrams, 100 calories<br />Apple sauce= sugars 15 grams, 15 milligrams, carbs 20 grams<br />LUNCH<br />

I will plan to change how I eat with what I learned by not eating large amounts of food, and looking on the nutrition facts for fats and other unhealthy things. Organizing this project I recognized I eat well balanced meals.<br />WHAT I LEARNED<br />
