  2. 2. Where are you going? First step in developing Effective Business Strategies is  to find out: Where to you want to be in 3-5 years? What is the vision for your personal life or for your business? Next, You have to determine: How are you going to get  there?

  4. 4. River of F.U.D.S Most of the time our F.U.D.S hold us back from where we want  to be. We may be afraid of thinking about our dreams or visions because we are  afraid we will not get there. The uncertainties with your current situation might also make you so fearful that you are unable to move. Maybe it’s the doubts within yourself that are holding you back. Or, your suspicions that one client may ruin your career if you fire them. Lastly, it could be stress! Are you over worked and over whelmed that you can’t take a step back from your business to plan and develop the systems & strategies that you need to help your business run more efficiently and be more effective?

Developing your 3-5 year vision will help you establish your  goals that will help you get there. Find someone that can keep you accountable to what you  said you were going to do. Whether it’s your spouse, a business alliance, a friend, or a Business Coach. Also, make sure you look at your goals daily and focus on  what is going to give you the greatest result with the least amount of effort: Leverage.
