The second step is to engage in a social debate in which the company has full on control, (mediator) of the debate. This is not only a norm in the corporate world, but also a requirement…<br />In general, there is no way of telling if the donation was for the direct funding of abortions itself. But, it is known that Johnson and Johnson for quite some time now has aided Planned Parenthood in supporting women’s health issues and access to care.<br />In documents such as Johnson & Johnson Annual Report, it does disclose the following: and children’s health, community responsibility, access to care, advancing healthcare knowledge, and overall global healthcare knowledge.<br />Recommendations<br />

Would this solve the problem?<br />Based upon the recommendations of the case, Johnson and Johnson in my opinion need to not change much of anything.<br />Research shows that both Planned Parenthood and Johnson and Johnson share the same goals in health issues and providing access to care. Therefore, the firm has little to nothing to fix, problem wise. <br />Rationale<br />
  10. 10. Concluesion<br />In all, I honestly believe that the firm itself is not the problem. They have been up front about what they do from day one. The truth of the matter is, you can’t please everybody. In this case, there is only a select few that are bothered at the thought of being affiliated with Planned Parenthood at any rate. Regardless, Johnson & Johnson will continue to be the leader in the field of advancing society as a whole<br />
