  19. 19. • The AGENT does not accept responsibility for  the work performance of the worker if the  worker has been selected by the COMPANY or  its representative, however the AGENT will  replace the worker if the worker is unable to  carry out the duties for which he was  originally recruited by the AGENT within the  first three (3) months of employment. The  AGENT will replace the worker free of charge.
