  3. 3. Everyday Duties continued…<br />Maintain records of data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken<br />Create your own training manuals and procedures<br />Enter commands on test computers and observe results and verify that the commands are correct<br />
  4. 4. Education Needed<br />Usually 2 year associate’s degree in computer science<br />1 year on-job training with experienced employee<br />Microsoft A+ Certified will increase $<br />Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) will also increase $<br />
