2. Mwitt SCHOOL >> Introduction We decide to choose a 100 meter running as our main topic because of its importance in our daily lives. Moreover, the short distance running helps us escape from dangers or emergency situations. In Thai elementary school, the short distance running is also required as a basic skill which every students should have.

4. Importance MAHIDOLWITTAYANUSORN SCHOOL THEORY Procedure Introduction Objective Importance Conclusion สรุปผลการทดลอง Results Short Distance Running The skill of short distance running is individually different. The possibility depends on many factors which are mentioned by various scientific journals such as balancing, breathing, blood pressure, gender, age, height, weight, and many other factors. Nevertheless, the factors which we concern to be the most effective on short distance running are muscle strength and the length of running step
5. Objective MAHIDOLWITTAYANUSORN SCHOOL THEORY Procedure Introduction Objective Importance Conclusion สรุปผลการทดลอง Results Objective To find the factors which affect on a 100 meter running. Also, find the best way to improve the skills. Dependent Variable Speed of 100 meter running Independent Variable Leg muscle strength & the length of running steps
6. Procedure MAHIDOLWITTAYANUSORN SCHOOL THEORY Procedure Introduction Objective Importance Conclusion สรุปผลการทดลอง Results Terms… Short distance running – a 100 meter running The length of running steps – measured 3 times by the footprint method High running step length – the length of running steps is more than 120 cm. Low running step length - the length of running steps is less than 120 cm. Leg muscle strength – measured by a Back and Leg Dynamometer High leg muscle strength - > 1.16 mm/kg in female and > 1.98 mm/kg in male Low leg muscle strength – < 1.16 mm/kg in female and < 1.98 mm/kg in male

8. Procedure MAHIDOLWITTAYANUSORN SCHOOL THEORY Procedure Introduction Objective Importance Conclusion สรุปผลการทดลอง Results Experimental Procedure First Select both male and female runners between 17-19 years old, collect their heights and divide them into 2 groups : taller than 170 cm and shorter than 170 cm
9. Procedure MAHIDOLWITTAYANUSORN SCHOOL THEORY Procedure Introduction Objective Importance Conclusion สรุปผลการทดลอง Results Experimental Procedure Second Measure the leg muscle strength and the length of running steps of the first group. They must have high running step length and low leg muscle strength. If any of them do not, they will be no use for the experiment. Finally, the first group contains 5 males and 5 females.
10. Procedure MAHIDOLWITTAYANUSORN SCHOOL THEORY Procedure Introduction Objective Importance Conclusion สรุปผลการทดลอง Results Experimental Procedure Third Measure the leg muscle strength and the length of running steps of the second group. They must have low running step length and high leg muscle strength. If any of them do not, they will be no use for the experiment. Finally, the second group contains 5 males and 5 females.
