Before joining Allen Austin, Jim was a Vice President with a generalist retained search firm in Houston, TX. Prior to joining this firm, he was an accomplished business owner and senior executive in the healthcare products field and brings over thirty years of experience working with clients in a broad span of industries to help them reach their business objectives. Jim’s executive search consulting experience ranges from working with mid level firms to multimillion companies. Rob completed an undergraduate degree, attending classes on weekends, at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, while managing the southwestern division for National Convenience Stores in 1991.
