  14. 14. AS/A Levels <ul><li>A Levels are split into two parts: </li></ul><ul><li>AS and A2 Level </li></ul>

AS Level <ul><li>A one year course giving you an introduction to the subject </li></ul><ul><li>You will cover 3 units (or half the A Level syllabus) </li></ul><ul><li>You will then take an exam and get a separate exam certificate which is equivalent to half an A Level </li></ul><ul><li>If you do well and enjoy the subject you can continue in the second year to achieve the full A Level </li></ul>
  16. 16. A2 Level <ul><li>This is a further one year course </li></ul><ul><li>You must have completed an AS Level in the subject before you begin the A2 course. </li></ul><ul><li>You will be expected to study three subjects at A2 </li></ul>
