My Duties<br />Supervise 4-6 concession stands & 4-5 portables during events<br />Check inventory, staff, and controls & ensure sufficient levels throughout event<br />Maintain audit/paperwork trail of all transactions betweens stands & warehouse<br />Review spoilage/gratis reports to ensure it matches ending sheet figures <br />

My Duties (cont)…<br />Ensure all employees are in proper uniform<br />Report all injuries & safety issues<br />Make sure stands are presentable at all times (clean, items stocked, no tip cups, etc.)<br />Enforce all ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment policies and procedures (pouring, etc.)<br />Control all appointed areas and manage them properly<br />

My Contribution<br />Managed entire Walt Whitman lobby & plaza during events (25 employees, $30,000)<br />Used statistics to issue stock to all concession stands & portables in my area (beer, pretzels, refreshments)<br />Posted sheets on ARCS computer software to make sure stock sold & ending cash amounts balanced correctly<br />Counted warehouse inventory at the end of each month<br />
