Current State: – Town Tree Safety Program <ul><li>Local sites determine safety regulations and policies to adhere to </li></ul><ul><li>Many sites are using outdated or sub-standard felling equipment </li></ul><ul><li>New hire safety training varies from site to site, translating into variations in training quality and effectiveness </li></ul><ul><li>Two accidents involving property damage in 1 st quarter of 2007. If this trend continues, Town Tree will average 8 major accidents a year – the highest accident rate in the industry </li></ul>Town Tree: We shout safety from the treetops
