David trained as an accountant with Price Waterhouse, Liverpool, following an economics degree at University of Stirling in Scotland. He has twenty-four years’ recruitment experience and established Allander Noble with Stephen Williams in 1997. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a qualified NLP practitioner. </li></ul><ul><li>Stephen Williams – Managing Partner. Stephen is a geography graduate from Swansea University, Wales, who trained as an accountant before entering the search & selection sector in 1985. A founding partner of Allander Noble, Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a trained psychometric assessor. </li></ul><ul><li>Jeremy Hancock – Ten years’ financial recruitment experience, most recently with Capita. Jeremy joined Allander Noble in 2005 and specialises in financial appointments covering controllerships, financial planning and analysis and internal audit. </li></ul><ul><li>Andrew May – Following an early career in management consultancy, he was the Personnel Director of N. M. Rothschild, a leading international investment bank, before entering the world of search. He joined Allander Noble in 2000 and specialises in heavily regulated businesses including financial services and healthcare. Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and of the Institute of Management. </li></ul><ul><li>Andrew Sales – A qualified accountant, Andrew held senior financial roles with Whitbread PLC before starting his executive recruitment career in 1983. Following a ten-year career with HLB Kidsons, Andrew joined Allander Noble in 1999 as an Equity Partner. In 2004, he became an Associate in order to pursue an external commercial opportunity. Having completed this exercise, as from 1st October 2006 Andrew has become an Associate Partner. </li></ul><ul><li>Rakesh Patel – Associate Partner. Graduating from City University London, Rakesh trained as a Chartered Surveyor, in commercial property. After his MBA at Warwick in 1997, he entered the management consultancy profession; Initially with IBM Business Consulting, where Rakesh worked on client projects in a range of sectors, and also led resource management and recruitment for the UK Industry Consulting Practice, and since 2005, in his own consulting practice. Rakesh is a Certified Management Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants. </li></ul><ul><li>Beverley Lindsay – With over twenty years’ executive research experience, Beverley has worked with David Kennedy and Stephen Williams since 1994. Beverley ‘s early career was in journalism. She speaks French and Spanish. </li></ul>
