  • Mr. Robert Greggory, President Jamaica Trade & Investment, Ms. , Representative of First Caribbean International Bank, Ms Lisa Bell, Jamaica’s representative on the Board of Caribbean Export, Representatives of JEA and JMA, Members of the Jamaica and regional media, Ladies and Gentlemen. Caribbean Export Development Agency is pleased to be here in Jamaica this morning to have its first launch of the 15th Caribbean Gift and Craft Show. This Jamaica launch recognises the importance of the Jamaican participation in the show over the years. The show has traditionally attracted a significant number of both exhibitors and buyers from Jamaica and we are confident that this year will be no exception. The Show will be held at the Sherbourne Conference Centre in Barbados from the 2-5 October 2008. But before I go into further detail about the Show, first I need to say a few words about Caribbean Export which has organised this show from its inception.
