Logistics <ul><li>Safety Test Hand Outs. </li></ul><ul><li>Multi-meters, batteries and computer power supplies. </li></ul><ul><li>Batteries, LED’s, switches, breadboards, cat5 cable power strips. </li></ul><ul><li>Cat5 cable, cable crimping sets, cable tester, RJ45 connectors and handouts. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Assessment <ul><li>Students will be take a written safety test online . A 100% accuracy will be required to pass. </li></ul><ul><li>A worksheet will be used to record the various voltages. Students should be accurate within 1 or 2 volts. </li></ul><ul><li>The simple circuit will be checked for functionality by activating the switch and checking that the LED comes on. </li></ul><ul><li>The cross-over cables will be tested using a cable tester. </li></ul>
