The World’s Premier Student Technology Competition <ul><li>The Imagine Cup is a global student technology competition focused on finding solutions to real-world issues. </li></ul><ul><li>What begins with a burst of inspiration and a lot of hard work can become a future software breakthrough, a future career, or a flourishing new industry. </li></ul><ul><li>The Imagine Cup encourages young people to apply their imagination, their passion and their creativity to technology innovations that can make a difference in the world – today.  </li></ul><ul><li>Open to students around the world, the Imagine Cup is a serious challenge that draws serious talent, and the competition is intense. </li></ul>

IMAGINE CUP 2008,FRANCE THEME “ Imagine a world where technology enables a sustainable environment ” Krunal Dedhia, P aras Doshi , Saili Dharia , Veenit Mavan created : A self-configurable wireless-sensor mesh-network system that monitors and analyzes agricultural-soil parameters such as moisture-content, nutrient composition, temperature, pressure, and light. This system can be used by the government or NGOs at a large scale in order to provide recommendations to farmers on crop-related decisions.
