AlAhsa City

Published on

Presentation about AlAhsa city which is located on the Eastren part of Saudi Arabia.

  • Assalam Alaikum Buthaina,

This is a very nice presentation.
It reminded me of the beautiful and peaceful Al Ahsa and of my time at the King Abdul Aziz National Guard Hospital Al Ahsa.

However, i think there is a mistake in this Presentation, i.e. under the title 'Historical Riches', about the Juwatha Masjid, you have written that it is the ''2nd mosque built under Islam, the first being the mosque of the Prophet (peace be upon him)''.

According to my information, Masjid-al-Juwatha is not the second masjid built under Islam, as the Masjid-al-Quba, Masjid-al-Nabawwi(SAW) and Masjid-al-Juma had already been built in Quba and Madina.

Masjid-al-Juwatha is actually the First Masjid Outside Madina and Quba where the Jama't of Juma Salat (Friday Prayer Congregation) was organized and offered.

    Take Care

    Ramadan & Eid-ul-Fitr Mubarak
