Premium parking system?<br />According to survey, 81% felt that parking at upper decks are not desirable<br />Main reason was inconvenience (51%)<br />However, we cannot afford to have single storey carpark due to limited land space<br />Hence, need a method to make drivers to park in the upper deck<br />
