Requesting your HPO Committee Cover Letter<br />Do NOT request until you have at least the minimum number of required letters already uploaded to your Interfolio account (that is, you have the required 3 academic letters, at least 1 of which is from a science instructor).<br />Instead of selecting “Confidential Letter of Recommendation” when you add a new document, select “Cover Letter.”<br />Title the document: Health Professions Cover Letter<br />Select “3rd Party Document Addition”<br />Print up request form; write your TMDSAS/AMCAS/ AACOMAS/AADSAS ID number(s) on it; and submit it to our office in PAI 5.03 for processing.
