  17. 17. 6.0 Sample Experience 6.2 BESydney 17 Business Events Sydney (BESydney) is the official organisation responsible for promoting Sydney / New South Wales (NSW) as a global business meeting and conference destination. BESydney has been a client of Gruden’s for over four years and in February 2008 a complete re-design & re-engineer of the master site, supplier search & request for proposal tools was undertaken. Gruden were involved in the project from beginning to end, starting with user requirements identification, strategic recommendations and project specification, through to full website production. The requirements phase included workshops, interviews and online surveys and culminated in a detailed recommendations report and a new Information Architecture. BESydney continue to benefit from a strong partnership with Gruden, with an ongoing relationship for digital support & strategic marketing that includes search engine optimisation.
