CURSILLOS IN CHRISTIANITY/SEPTEMBER 18-20, 2009 STAGE/PHYSICAL ARRANGEMENT/PROGRAM COMMITTEE/SOUND SYSTEM GOAL: To participate and contribute to make the 3 DAY Activities meaningful to each of the members and to the whole of the Cursillo. Objective: To provide and procure materials necessary in the program and activities of the National Encounter and ensure orderliness of the activity and maintain safety and conduciveness of the area. Functions Maintenance/Physical Arrangement TASKS 1. Makes the venue clean, orderly, sanitary and ready for use when needed (prepares and arranges the Conference Hall, Stage prior to the schedule of activities). 2. Procures/provide materials needed for the program or activities. 3. Does related functions necessary to the activity.   2. 2. Sound System 1. Provides and Checks the appliances/sound system. 2. Coordinates with the venue’s in-charge of the sound system and the physical plant that all systems are in place during the Encounter. 3. Sees that the appliances functions well to prevent unnecessary distractions during the Encounter DAY O-DAY 3, September 17, 2009 CHECKLIST A) SOUND SYSTEM 1 & 2 Coordinate with: Program Com 1 Sound system: player Bro. Facilitates orderly flow of program and promptness of the activities planned for the 3 day event. 3. Monitors time, availability and needs of the speakers and participants. 4. Identifies needs of the program before and during the program.
