A customer searches for one of the thousands of search terms that will trigger the ad (everything from general “Plumber” to specific “leaky faucet”) 2. If IP address or specific search (“plumber SF”) is in one of our HSA cities, our HSA ad unit shows in top three positions 3. The customer fills in details about the job and can select up to 3 providers to send a message to (on desktop search) OR clicks to call a Pro on mobile device (mobile search) 4. Pro responds with a quote or a message asking for more detail 5. Customer books job w/ pro 6. A request to leave a review is automatically sent to customer when job is finished 7.
