Judy Pennington is a founding Partner of Legacy Partners
Coaching & Consulting, LLC. Legacy Partners is a human capital
development firm dedicated to helping organizations, business
leaders, teams and individuals achieve their highest performance
and fulfill their aspirations.
Judy’s legacy includes a lifetime of experience and dedication to
helping others achieve their potential and purpose. She served in
the White House during the Carter Administration as a special
liaison. Her work included ensuring AA/EEO contract compliance
during presidential declared disasters. Her efforts with disaster programs had a profound effect on her and
laid the groundwork for a career in designing and implementing talent development programs for high
performing leaders, teams and organizations.
From her tenure with the Carter Administration to her career in consulting, Pennington has positively
impacted the lives of thousands of people. Her commitment to enabling others to discover their potential has
led her to work with a diverse group of teams from Fortune 500 companies to small business firms,
governmental agencies, educational institutions and nonprofit organizations. Her client list includes Coca-
Cola, Home Depot, General Electric, Kraft Foods, Inc., and a variety of other businesses, educational
institutions and government entities.
Currently, Judy, through Legacy Partners, is working with a client in the entertainment and media industry that
will be the global leader in the creation, marketing, and distribution of values-driven content for a global urban
audience. The company has created a content platform that glorifies and promotes the good in the urban
marketplace. Its mission is to achieve worldwide expansion through a global social network, mobile
communications, technology, multimedia formats and lifestyle products. Judy and Legacy Partners have been
instrumental in establishing the values-driven culture that will attract and build a truly diverse, top-performing
team that will lead the company to be a powerful trendsetter with worldwide influence.
A native of Kansas, Pennington holds a BA/BS in Communications and Political Science and also attended
law school at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Her legacy also includes actively volunteering with

Thank you for your continuing interest in and support of the Arizona Affirmative Action Association (Quad A).
Our members include professionals in the fields of human resource management, equal employment
opportunity, affirmative action, workplace diversity and other related fields. For over 25 years, Quad A has
been providing its members with quality, up-to-date information through workshops, seminars and
conferences. Your membership entitles you to a monthly newsletter, quarterly meetings/workshops,
seminars, the Annual Conference (in April) and Compliance Conference (in the fall). Most activities are
included in your membership; others are offered at a substantial discount. At only $75 per year (Jan-Dec),
membership in Quad A is a true value for the money. (Individual memberships only; no organizational
