  2. 2. E62 from Memorial Drive <br />E62 sits on the banks of the Charles river and serves as the eastern gateway to the Institute’s campus<br />
  3. 3. Sustainable<br />E62 is the The “greenest” building on MIT’s campus and its LEED certification is forthcoming<br />
  4. 4. The Mission of MIT’s School of Management…<br />is to develop principled innovative leaders who<br />improve the world and to generate ideas that <br />advance management practice.<br />

  6. 6. Lime Stone Walls<br />The limestone on the walls of E62 is from Germany and is millions of years old. It contains fossils, such as the nautilus seen here. <br />
  7. 7. Terrazzo Floor<br />E62’s first floor is covered by Terrazzo, a flooring system that has existed for centuries and includes post-industrial and post-commercial recycled glass — in this case, brown and green beer bottles<br />
  8. 8. Study Rooms<br />Designed for team collaboration, E62 holds 35 study rooms several equip with videoconferencing. <br />
  9. 9. Classrooms<br />E62 hosts six state-of-the-art classrooms<br />
  10. 10. Ring Stone<br />As part of MIT's Percent-for-Art Program, commissioned art work in the north garden.  Titled "Ring Stone," carved in China from a single piece of granite.  It symbolizes the interconnectedness of nature and industry<br />
  11. 11. Classroom, Communication and Cultural Workshop<br />On campus this week: This year’s Incoming international MBA students participate in Classroom, Communication and Culture, a supportive introduction to the English-language speaking classroom<br />
