3. 3. Any Alternative Fuel System Must Be Complete and Proven

Globally Independent and Abundant Fuel Supply

Large Scale Refining

Delivery and Storage

Convenient and Located where needed to accommodate User Needs.

Vehicle Fuel Systems

OEM

Conversion

 4. 4. Natural Gas...The Solution

Natural Gas turned into transportation fuel

It can retail for $.50 -$1.00per less than a gallon (DGE) of Diesel

All Components except one…are readily available and proven.

World NG Supply is more abundant and evenly spread geographically than Oil

 5. 5. The Only Missing Component

Convenient Stations

Located where needed by the Truckers to accommodate unlimited travel.

 6. 6. The Existing NG Fueling Stations for Trucks

Few in Number (Only 34 in all of U.S.)

Private and Government Fleet Owned

All are Remote and Inaccessible to Truckers

Limited Hours of operation

Payment options limited

Located in fleet maintenance yards

Many closed to the public

The Bridge Fuel Mission

The Bridge Fuel Corporation will build and own a network of public fuel stations that sell the alternative fuels of Natural Gas along the Nations heavily used interstate highways. Bridge Fuel will energize the alternative transportation fuel market by developing an efficient and highly profitable infrastructure system boasting convenient and accessible public fuel stations for the heavy trucking industry and make NG readily available to all Natural Gas vehicles. BF will also be well positioned to sell Hydrogen fuel at these locations in the future

 8. 8. Begin Station Construction in the Western U.S
 9. 9. The BF Fuel Station Model

BF will build over 1000 stations at truck stops along the Nations Interstate Highways and Major Travel Routes where Trucking Fleets and other users need them for long haul travel.

Phased locations are depicted on the map on the right which covers all major US transportation corridors servicing 80% of cross-country truck traffic.

 10. 10. MARKET

The Primary BF Target Market is:

Heavy Trucks make up 20% of the vehicles on the road and use 44.6B gallons of Diesel/year.

The Secondary Market is:

NG is also used widely by Light Duty Trucks, Buses, and approx 150,000 cars.

The Business Model captures 7.25 billion gallons per year...16.3% market share
 11. 11. Projected Revenue & Profit

Phase I - Raise $2.5M to build 1 station and demonstrate proprietary partnership marketing system that will energize the industry. Phase II - $ 25M to build 10 stations and continue to build the market system. Phase III - Rise $250M to build 100 stations and expand the market system. Phase IV - IPO or Private funding to build remaining 900 stations. Projected Revenue & Profit (10yr Pro-forma) - PB = 2yr-11mo - IRR = 98% - FCF NPV discounted at 50% = $1.8B - Cumulative FCF Before Taxes = $34.5B - Project Scalable to $1.5Billion Funding requirement

For more information contact Gary @ gmr1.0@cox.net
