    5. 5. relaxation techniques ➡tripping in the past: think of a pleasant memory and consistently visit it to relax ➡truman’s foxhole: create a mental foxhole to retreat to whenever you seek peace ➡hot-air balloon: imagine putting all your worries into a basket and watch it float away Saturday, February 21, 2009
    6. 6. more techniques ➡jello syndrome: create tension in your body and release each muscle one at a time ➡letting go: let go of thoughts and worries that might be preventing you from new ideas. imagine it is represented by something physical (like a ring) and as you take it off, let the hinderances go.
