HIS EXCELLENCY
PRESIDENT JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA
OSU CASTLE
ACCRA-GHANA.
Your Excellency,
A LETTER OF CONDOLENCE
On behalf of all members and the National Executive Council of the Ghana Physician Assistants
Association, we sincerely express our condolences for the sudden loss of our PAST PRESIDENT PROF.
JOHN EVANS ATTAH MILLS. This has being a shock to us and to the nation as a whole.
I know what a difficult loss this will be for you in particular. Not only will you miss your cherished
superior but also a trusted president and advisor. I can only imagine the depth of the void that it will leave
in you personally, the family, and the lives of Ghanaians.
The Past President Prof. John Evans Attah Mills was not only a president for all but also a great motivator
and inspiration to our association in particular. During his term of office he championed the progress of
Physician Assistants Programme notably at the newly created University of Allied Health Sciences in Ho
Volta Region, Accreditation by the Medical and Dental Council and other areas contributing to the well
being of Physician Assistants and health professionals in general. Notwithstanding he was a great leader to
depend on, he shared genuine love, care and concern for all the memorable days on the links over the years.
He had an amazing sense of humor and was a peace maker. In short, our cherished Past President was more
than a father, brother, friend, and a leader who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Would you please pass on our sincere condolences to the entire family and let them know that we
Physician Assistants nationwide collectively mourn Prof. John Evans Attah Mills loss.
Sincere condolences,
