  3. 3. Type the email of the person you want to share with.
  4. 4. Always share with me! Click “Share & save”.
  5. 5. You can choose the permission they have.
  6. 6. Here you can see who has access and what type.
  7. 7. Click “Last edit was…” link to see all the revisions to this document.
  8. 8. Here you will find all the edits made to this document. You can change it back to any of these!
