There are no managers or bosses, people decide whatprojects they want to work on, what tools they want to use and are responsiblefor the entire process, from closing the deal with the customer to analysis,implementation, support, follow-ups, etc.. Obviously people do not work alone,everyone helps and collaborates, but who takes care of the project are theones interested in it.”
