  2. 2. Classification <ul><li>The swamp wallaby is a mammal. </li></ul><ul><li>Its scientific name is wallabia bicolor. </li></ul><ul><li>It is found near inner east coast of Australia. </li></ul><ul><li>It is a macropod marsupial. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Description <ul><li>The Swamp Wallaby has a dark coloured </li></ul><ul><li>Fur with a reddish belly. It also has a dark coloured face. It has to strong hind legs </li></ul><ul><li>and a long tail. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Location <ul><li>The swamp wallaby is found in far north </li></ul><ul><li>Queensland </li></ul>Daintree Rainforest
  5. 5. Movement <ul><li>The swamp wallaby moves with there front paws first followed by the back paws. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Diet <ul><li>The swamp wallaby feeds on ferns, leaves, seedlings and grass. it likes to eat around ferns and rather than long grass. </li></ul>
  7. 7. Reproduction <ul><li>The swamp wallaby breeds thought out the </li></ul><ul><li>year and the gestation takes 33 to 38 days </li></ul><ul><li>leading to a single young. The young </li></ul><ul><li>ss carried in the pouch for about 15 months. </li></ul>
