This presentation was given at the Business Marketing Association Philadelphia meeting on how to get more out of your marketing spend by maximizing the use of outsourced resources. Our discussion will be moderated by Gigi Kizhakkechethipuzha. Gigi has held key positions at organizations such as Comcast, Lockheed Martin, Pfizer and University of Pennsylvania. In the past five years, he has utilized his vendor management expertise to build his own outsourcing business, enabling small to mid-sized marketing departments and IT organizations to effectively outsource and/or offshore a multitude of business activities.
