The good, bad and ugly of Digital Ocean vs AWS

Published in: Technology, Business
  • This seems to be out of date. Right now digital ocean is only very slightly cheaper than AWS. AWS lets you allocate disk sizes independantly to the instance sizes so that can save a fortune if you need large disks. Also amazon offers instances with extra RAM or extra CPU so you can choose the exact type of machine that's right for your workload.
