Research method • Recruitment Companies • 180 recruitment companies (including all Federgon members) • Company websites were visited • Inventory of social media profiles through various search engines and tools including platforms themselves • Recruitment Professionals • Over 855 profiles analyzed in LinkedIn for completeness and reach • Professionals are both part of small and large companies Vanguard Leadership (c) - July 2010

Some Statistics • LinkedIn has 70 million members, Facebook 500 million and Twitter 150 million • In Belgium LI has 700K members, FB 3.5M and Twitter 100K users • In Belgium 10.000 people join LinkedIn on a monthly basis • In Belgium there are in LinkedIn • 113 companies in Staffing & Recruitment • 251 companies in Human Resources • 30.000 profiles can be seen as recruitment professionals Vanguard Leadership (c) - July 2010
