Zotero [zoh-TAIR-oh] is a free, easy-to-use Firefox extension to help you collect, manage, and cite your research sources.

Open Firefox from the link on your desktop Use Firefox to navigate to the Zotero page. Download Zotero extension for Firefox

Once you restart Firefox, Zotero will be set up and ready to start using. When you have a page open that you want to save click on the Zotero link in the bottom right corner of the Firefox browser For example open this page http://www.uic.edu/htbin/cgiwrap/bin/ojs/index.php/fm/article/view/2252/2093
Right click on your item and Zotero will create a bibliographic entry using your preferred format. eg APA Leinonen, T., & Suoranta, J. (2009).
