  6. 6. Dwayne Ballen is an award winning television journalist with over twenty years of television industry experience. Mr. Ballen is a member of ESPNU’s college football and basketball announce teams. Previously he spent five years with CBS Sports, as a member of the network’s college football and college basketball announce teams and has also served as host of the CBS Sports Spectacular. As a lead anchor for the Golf Channel, Dwayne has covered several major events such as The Ryder Cup, The Masters as well as the U.S. & British Opens. In addition, his broadcast resume includes assignments for Fox Sports, USA Network and TNT’s NBA Playoffs coverage. He is a contributor to NPR’s Marketplace. Regarded as an outstanding host and interviewer, Mr. Ballen’s work has earned him high praise and numerous honors, including two Associated Press awards for sports journalism. His opinion on what he calls “the alarmingly high premium placed on competitive sports in our society” and other matters of social significance have led to his being sought out as a guest by regional and national media outlets. Mr. Ballen is Founder/CEO and Creative Director of Ballen Media which has a number of projects currently in development, including a television show and documentary film.
  7. 7. Guilford Fitts is the Managing Director and co-founder of Ballen Media. Gil leads the Company’s marketing, sales and client development efforts. His operational duties at the Company also include the day to day fiscal management and reporting. He brings over three decades of advertising sales management and marketing experience having worked in the Philadelphia, San Francisco and Raleigh Durham television markets. He was the Local Sales Manager for WTVD in the Triangle. Other key positions held include Regional Sales Manager of ABC-TV National Sales Division – San Francisco, Director of Sales for iEntertainment Networks and Regional Account Executive for Univision Television which has provided a strong background in the nuances of Hispanic advertising. Gil has an exhaustive background in media negotiations, identifying the best programs and media to deliver the desired audience, at the most effective price, post buy analysis and reconciliation. He has worked on political, governmental, and social marketing campaigns and is the primary Project Manager on Ballen Media accounts.
  8. 8. Bruce Kennedy provides marketing and planning oversight for Ballen Media and manages integrated marketing strategy, brand development, and project planning and management. Bruce holds a full-time Vice President of Marketing post with Duke University Health System, and manages marketing communications strategies and planning for the $3 billion healthcare system. In 2002, Bruce co-founded Marketmouth Communications, an interactive marketing company, and headed up new business development, publisher acquisition, channel sales, and public relations services for clients such as Duke University Health System, and Insight Pharmaceuticals. Prior to co-founding Marketmouth, Bruce held the VP of Advertising post at iEntertainment Network, where he directed a division responsible for $1.5 million in annual sales. Before joining iEntertainment Network, he was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Bradway Enterprises and prior to that, Director of the Internet Services Division for Image Associates. At Image Associates, Bruce managed online marketing and internet based training strategies for companies such as Ericsson, General Electric, and GlaxoSmithKline
  9. 9. Juli LaDue is a highly accomplished advertising professional with a lengthy track record of brand development and campaign successes. Skilled in all applications of media with advertising and creative conceptual skills, she has developed and been responsible for the production of multi-million dollar national promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, marketing campaigns, multi-media and new business developments. While working in New York City, Juli freelanced and worked on staff for the following Interpublic companies; Draft Worldwide/ DraftDirect (now Draftfcb,) where she was the studio manager and was responsible for the production of all creative products for the following clients: American Express, HBO and BellSouth. Juli also freelanced for Gotham and McCann Erickson. Juli’s resume also includes employers; Rapp Collins Worldwide, Brann Worldwide, Time Warner-Book of the Month Club and freelanced for many other NYC agencies. Her past client list includes; Pfizer (Renova, Caverject,) IBM, Guinness, US Navy, Delta Airlines, Western Union, Sony, Citibank, Macy’s, Merrill Lynch, Columbia Music Club, Children’s Aid Society, Thotwave, and the Care to Act project for North Carolina Health and Wellness.

We work primarily with contractors which keeps us flexible, diverse and able to take on either short term projects or long term sustaining contracts. We have a wide range of directors and directors of photography from across the country and creative spectrum to address any size budget or creative direction.
